Who is Human after all?

Who is Human after all? I am! I committed to taking 10,000 steps each day & increasing my exercise , decreasing my waistline by the New Year! I've been playing with it & having fun with myself. Taking my own coaching advise , by giving up the significance & playing with my commitments!

Yesterday was a challenge to get the extra steps in as I was busying myself with a recent move & going thru the toils of putting my home & life back in order.... Got up , walked the dog, maybe if I walked the dog again... I'd have a "happy dog", hummm..... than the phone ran, than, than.. than... I got my mind off it... watched & wrote down everything that crossed my lips... than went to a friends house & there were cookies on the counter. Me the cookie Monster extraordinar! There, staring me in the face... I hadn't hesitated for one iota of a moment...I took the cookie in hand as if I was the boss ( and of course I am..) put it to my lips took the smallest taste , than put it down. I was satisfied! I own the Power over cookies, food... I made a commitment & my integrity means more to me ! It was such a rush to get that power! Who knows..

When I got home , I revisited the back of my bottom drawer & looked at that beaded, exotic bikini hiding there for too long & created the possibility of revisiting that baby once more!! Besides it's too cool to have it hidden in the back of a dark dreary draw..... So, who is human after all? I am and so are YOU!!

How many times have we allowed ourselves to get distracted, have conversations of unworthiness??? Not deserving.. being in the moment ( oh, just this once ) ?? Would love to hear your comments.

Feeling stuck. Feel free to contact me for a consult.
As always, Namaste & thank you for the follow!

What's in it for me?

'To get something you never had, you have to do something you never did.' When God takes something from your grasp, He's not punishing you, but merely opening your hands to receive something better. Concentrate ... 'The will of God will never take you where the Grace of God will not protect you.' Something good will happen to you today; something that you have been waiting to hear.

This passage has been passed over & over via email for sometime. Today I've received it for at least the 4th time.. No coincidences?? Perhaps not. I feel the desire to pass it on to those who will take the time to look at & be with the conversation. Could this be you?

Are you open to the conversation of receiving? Do I deserve something better for myself.

I'm clear we want a lot for ourselves & those we love... yet are we open to receiving?
I myself want to be happy, prosperous and free to do the things I wish to do when I wish to do them as well as be a contribution to others. What action steps will I be taking to create the space to do it?

I would love to hear from those of you who are not allowing yourselves to receive, what it might or would take for you to be open to the possibility , as well as hearing from those of you who do allow, what it takes for you to be there in that space of receiving, what your left with...

What would it feel like? From where does that experience arise in your body? Get present.
Share your experiences with at least one other person... see the miracles occur!

Thank you for considering taking it on today & sharing your experiences with me.. I look forward to your responses.

Namaste,
Karen

Integrity

When explaining Integrity to a child I like to tell them it’s doing the right thing even when no one is looking. It's obeying their parents and their teachers, even when they're not being watched

Doing the right thing, hummm, than what is the difference between honesty & integrity you may be asking.... they are quite similar...

As true integrity actually requires honesty. According to the dictionary, honesty is "truthfulness, sincerity, or frankness; freedom from deceit or fraud." Integrity is "adherence to moral and ethical principles; soundness of moral character; honesty." The difference, therefore, is that honesty simply means telling the truth, while integrity means having high moral character and living by a strict set of ethics and principals (i.e., doing the right thing, whether it benefits you or not). You can have honesty without integrity, but you cannot have integrity without honesty, as by a middle school teacher on www.enotes.com.

From a Coaching standpoint:

When looking at who we are being, without integrity, nothing works. When I coach from a Holistic vantage point and either finances, relationships, personal , etc is NOT working, look to where your integrity is out. By looking at three out of integrity's a day and putting in the missing, other aspects of your life will gently be guided back into place.

For example, you said you were going to pay your bills today, today came and went...tomorrow your too busy, etc....by making the time (check your time management) and do what you said you were going to do, you not only will rest easier, it’s out of your space allowing you the freedom to be. Organize that closet, take time for you to play.... Three things per day could change your world!

Who are you choosing to be??

Namaste and gratitude,

Karen

Off to a fresh start!

Coaching from the standpoint of Commitment, I find myself looking at who I am & who I am being...

I've committed to dropping 2 pants sizes by the 1st of the year... New Years Resolutions upon us, I've committed to taking it on earlier than last year. Last year , I admit wasn't a success, I was human... easy to coach others, this year I'm looking at being my word with my own accountability & Integrity. Check out www.tranquilsoulutions.com for more information this week on Integrity.

I'm taking it on Powerfully this time. Holding myself accountable, as well as taking on an accountability partner. Here it is 8:19 pm on Halloween eve & I've yet to have one Sweet! Yeah me!

I've committed to 10,000 steps / day & thus far I'm at 10202, yeah me! I'm happy to announce that I am proud of me!
Wondering what a bikini might feel like... hummmm, never know.

Namaste, Thank you for following me in my journeys.
